Grievance Committee is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stake holders ( student , parent , staff and non staff) in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
The grievance committee for 2020-21 consist of the following members.

Manger
Advocator
Advisor
Consultants

Roles and Responsibilities of Grievance Committee
The Grievance Committee is established to take up the responsibility of maintaining smooth functioning of the school and all the stakeholders.
It performs the following roles:
In the appointment of the committee members they shall have Integrity , probity, sincerity and their credibility be considered.
Develop and implement its proactive measures and activities to prevent grievance such as , employees , students , workers and parents.
Minutes of the meeting proceedings and grievance received have to be documented in a paper order.
Communication made to concerned committee for a grievance received after discussion.
Functions of the Committee
The functions of the committee is to look into the complaints lodged by any parent, student and judge its merit.
The Grievance Committee is also empowered to look into matters of harassment.
The Grievance Committee shall receive the complaint and the Committee shall fix a date for hearing the complaints and communicate its decision within 10 days of receipt of complaint.
The Grievance Committee shall ensure disposal of every application as speedily as possible , as and not later than a month of receipt of the Grievance.
In case of false or frivolous complaints the committee may take appropriate action against the complaint.
On the conclusion of proceeding the committee shall pass such order , as may be deemed fit to redress the Grievance.
Objectives of the Grievance Committee
The objectives of the Grievance committee is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders. (Students , parents , staff and non staff) in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
A Grievance Committee has been constituted for the redressed of the problems reported by the students of the school with the following objectives: are:
Uploading the dignity of the school by ensuring strife free atmosphere in the school through promoting cordial student relationship and student teacher relationship etc.
Encouraging the students to express their Grievance/ problems freely and frankly , without any fear of being victimized.
Suggestion box is installed in front of the office room.
Academic block in which the students, who want to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievance and their suggestions for improving the academics.
Advising all the students to refrain from inciting students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
Any violation and disciplinary rules are urgently brought to the notice of the school Head mistress.
The Grievance may broadly include the following complaint of the aggrieved students
1. Grievance related to Assessment.
2. Grievance related to Academics.
3. Grievance related to Attendance.
4. Grievance related to Non academics.
5. Grievance related to harassment by students , teacher etc.
6. Grievance regarding conducting examination.
7. Grievance related to charging of fees.
8. Grievance related to physical and mental harassment.
Importance of Grievance Committee
It is good to air a Grievance Committee rather than to keep it bottled up. Protection of human rights is essential for all round development of an individual’s personality to realize the primary needs of the students and staff and secure evil liberties for everybody a Grievance Committee has been constituted. The Committee is intended to find solutions for problems like, harassment, complaints regarding classroom teaching , classroom management, completion of syllabus , teaching methods etc.
