We are all very excited about the 2022-23 school year, where classrooms once again will be filled with activities and ideas that challenge and inspire our students.

Mount Carmel School, Thattagupe, Mariapura Bangaluru is owned and administered by the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa(CSST). To build an English medium school at Mariapura village was a dream of our sisters. This dream came true on 26th January 2017.

Mount carmel School is a great place to teach and learn! Our teachers are committed to a high quality learning experience focused on the individual needs of each child. We are striving to be creative and innovative in our instruction to engage students in their learning through a variety of STEAM activities, applications of technology and smart boards.

Our vision is to Empower students through value based, quality and integral education, to empower others especially the socially and economically marginalized and create a ‘Civilization of Love’.

The school is dedicated to prepare conscientious and responsible citizens with a sense of integrity and honesty with a spirit of adventure, exploration, research and creation. The school believes in fostering each individual’s potentialities providing opportunities for successful learning and growth. The school trains the students in such a way that they learn to shoulder responsibilities and handle situations independently.

As your Principal , I promise to keep students at the forefront of every decision we make as a school. We will strive to teach and provide students with the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary to have a successful future. We will encourage and teach curiosity , problem-solving and instill a life-long love of learning. We will teach having a growth mindset so all students will learn to face challenges with confidence and perseverance. And most of all, every child will be valued and cared for.
